Pay it forward gift received

Thanks for all of your lovely comments on Pyra. The pattern is from A Muse Ink, and works similar to cross stitch, as the pattern is coded to a specific brand of bead colours. The stitch is called peyote stitch, and is a brick work pattern in which each bead is string through two in the previous row. Once you get the first few rows done, it's actually very easy.

My first pay-it-forward gift arrived today at Vicki's house. The tassle at the bottom of my Christmas ornament earlier in the year was such a hit that I decided to adapt it for the gift. The pattern is an old Tom Pudding freebie that I think Dani pointed out to me years ago.
