Apparently I'm a much better gardener when I go on holidays and ignore the houseplants. My Christmas cactus is flowering for the second time this year. More pictures from vacation shortly....

I love colour - the more the better. Which might explain how I got into stitching. I love hand dyed anything, especially if it's sparkly or shiny. And then I discovered glass bead making. It's colour, but even better. I've always enjoyed beading, and when I discovered I could make my own....well... nirvana finally appeared.
