The New Year stuff

I've been trying to be good this week - working out at the gym, bringing lunch to work, cleaning the house. It's been kind of nice when I get up in the morning and know that I have most of what I need to done, but it's also extremely exhausting, and I'm tired. I hope it gets better....

Keep going, Karin!! Hopefully after another week or two you'll be in the swing of things. A friend told me once that she read it takes you 21 days of doing something to make it a habit.

I've worked out twice this week: once using the video I got with my new exercise ball and the second time following an exercise routine in my bridal magazine. I'm going to try and keep up the exercise routine from the magazine!
